Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When you receive your hurley please inspect the hurley immediately for defects and to make sure you are happy with it prior to use or alteration. If you are not happy with the hurley please contact the office via e-mail.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: HS HURLEYS LIMITED, 1st Floor, 15 Bridge Street, Bandon Cork P72, H966 Ireland.. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Hurleys returned via courier/post are the responsibility of the customer, and Hurleys story can not take any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit or damaged in transit. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
